Student Attendance Tips For Parents 

  1. Monitor the number of unexcused absences by creating a Parent Portal account. (The link for directions on how to set up a Parent Portal account is directly below these tips.) 
  2. As a friendly suggestion, please contact the front office to ensure a parent or medical note has been received within ten days of your child’s return to school.
  3. When your child is absent, you must turn in a medical note or parent note within ten days of his/her return to school. 
  4. Please, keep in mind that a parent note does not automatically excuse an absence.
