Register

Early Childhood Registration will begin Wednesday, January 17th. Students must be 4 years old on or before September 1st for 4k.

Also, this year our 4K at Springdale Elementary will be for Springdale zoned students only. All other zoned students will go to their home school.

For registration, you will bring:

*Copy of (long) birth certificate

*Copy of immunization record

*Current bill (in parents name)

*Copy of mortgage, lease, or rental agreement

In addition, for 4K registration we need a copy of Medicaid card (if applicable) and a W-2, or copy of tax return.
